This webinar will give attendees the ability to share resources, successes and challenges to implementing the flipped classroom in  their programs. The discussion will include how to track student use and success, alternative platforms of presentation,  and ideas on how to
structure this blended method of teaching to maximize students critical thinking skills.

Bio: Barbara Gade has worked in adult literacy since 2004. She started as a GED instructor for the Adult Literacy Program at Butler County Community College.  In the fall of 2007 she was elevated to the position of full time Education Coordinator, where her duties included being tutor coordinator, curriculum development, mentor for volunteers and staff, as well as administrative duties. She is currently the Grant Director of the Adult Literacy Program at Butler County Community College. Barb has been using the flipped classroom method for teaching a math workshop that covers everything from number values to solving quadratic formulas for the past three years.
