2026 PAACE Conference (26 Apr 2026)

Join colleagues from across Pennsylvania for the premier conference for adult educators and administrators! Specialized strands for administrators, teachers, caseworkers and tutors will be available. Networking opportunities will abound! You will also have the opportunity to learn about new products and services to support your adult learners.

UPDATES for the 2026 PAACE Conference:

Our in-person conference will take place Sunday, April 26 through Monday, April 27. The schedule has been designed to maximize networking while minimizing time away and travel costs:

Sunday, April 26: [Times subject to change slightly]

4-5:30 pm Registration
6:30 pm In-person evening networking event at the University Wine Company included with registration (food and a drink ticket included).

Monday, April 27:

Five breakout sessions
Awards luncheon and snack breaks
Conference hours: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., allowing time for travel home Monday afternoon

In addition, we are excited to introduce a virtual conference day on Friday, May 1, which will include:

Four breakout sessions
Networking
Facilitated discussion

This virtual option may be added to an in-person registration or purchased separately for those unable to attend in person.

We hope these updates make the conference more accessible and affordable for both members and non-members while preserving the opportunities to connect, collaborate, and learn.

Please be aware that you can select "Invoice Me" on the payment screen to pay by purchase order or check. This will be important if your organization is purchasing your registration. You do NOT have to pay via credit card. Email Niki at paaceadulted@gmail.com if you need any assistance.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Attendees are responsible to pay for their lodging (unless you are an award winner).
Coffee will be available all day from 7am - 5pm; a morning snack, lunch, and an afternoon snack will be provided on Monday. Tentative schedule COMING SOON!
PAACE's Refund Policy: Please be reminded that PAACE has a strict No Refund policy; however we would like to extend a couple of different opportunities to help those who may not be able to attend our upcoming conference this Spring. We will give you the option to either transfer your registration to another individual to attend in your place, or you can rollover your registration for PAACE 2026 for a complimentary registration to a future PAACE conference. Please contact paaceadulted@gmail.com if you are in need of either of these options.
