We can easily get caught in a cycle of work, family, and varied commitments. Many times, we tend to neglect ourselves. Self-improvement helps enhance strengths, improve mental health, and even heal relationships. In this month’s PAACE networking session, we will have a group discussion on ideas for self-improvement in areas like health, finance, and personal relationships with a goal of developing a 12-day “plan of action” that can be used this holiday season and beyond!
