Auria Bradley, Associate Vice President of Workforce & Continuing Education at Reading Area Community College
Auria Bradley started her community college work in December 2003. During her 20 years at Reading Area Community College, she has held various positions in student affairs as an Admissions and Career Counselor, KEYS Program Coordinator, Director of Literacy Programs, GED instructor, and adjunct faculty for the Social Science Division. She has embodied a focus on Adult Education and workforce training. Her emphasis is to bridge the communication and business critical skills gap in the workplace to create and offer innovative high demand workforce training programs that upskill and support the local workforce. Her belief in the power of workforce training to transform lives shines through in her collaborations with the Berks County Workforce Development Board (WDB), employers, and community organizations. She is the Title II Representative on the WDB and serves on the Training & Industry Partnership Committee.
