Our in-person conference will take place Sunday, April 26 through Monday, April 27. The schedule has been designed to maximize networking while minimizing time away and travel costs:
Sunday, April 26: [Times subject to change slightly]
- 4-5:30 pm Registration
- 6:30 pm In-person evening networking event at the University Wine Company included with registration (food and a drink ticket included).
Monday, April 27:
- Five breakout sessions
- Awards luncheon and snack breaks
- Conference hours: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., allowing time for travel home Monday afternoon
In addition, we are excited to introduce a virtual conference day on Friday, May 1, which will include:
- Four breakout sessions
- Networking
- Facilitated discussion
This virtual option may be added to an in-person registration or purchased separately for those unable to attend in person.
We hope these updates make the conference more accessible and affordable for both members and non-members while preserving the opportunities to connect, collaborate, and learn.
